Hello William,

Thank you for your interest in TI Designs.
I was able to find PMP20686 which is very close to your specifications and what is on TI Reference designs. You can modify Vout by changing the turns ratio. But the max switching frequency will only be 90kHz.

If you go towards the new controllers, I would like to mention that UCC28C43-Q1 will be a good choice to meet 1000kHz switching.
