Hi,
I am considering the circuit using the TPS23756 device.
I will design it based on the circuit of TPS23756EVM(SLVU329A).
However, many of the MOSFETs are using VISHAY's products, and considering the product arrangement I would like to use a product from another manufacturer.
I will replace the following MOSFET product with another manufacturer's product.
Q1: SI7119DN
Q2: SI7852DP
Q4: SI4894BDY
Q5: SI7456DP
However, I do not know the conditions for selecting the above MOSFET products.
Can you teach me the materials and formula (especially drain current and DS voltage) to select MOFFET?
