Does BQ24296 detect a pen drive when connected to the same charging port through USB OTG cable.

    Hey Sai Siri,

    No, the bq24296 cannot act as a USB communication class device. You would need extra circuitry/logic around the IC to perform the D+/D- communication and switching.

    What is the application here? Do you want the USB OTG to provide power AND communicate with the pen drive?
