Hi, everyone:

I found this in its datasheet

So I don 't need to add a TVS to protect it from ESD, am I right?

    Hello,

    The device's ESD ratings are above the JEDEC requirements for safe manufacturing flows, so you should not need to add any additional ESD protection. You may need to add external ESD protection if you expect the device to be subject to any ESD events during operation as this is not covered by JEDEC.
