We can help you with the schematic symbol and PCB footprint. You can find the bxl file in the product folder at http://www.ti.com/product/TPS2H000-Q1/pinout-quality. You can download and translate the bxl file to Eagle format using free software that TI supplies. There are also instructions on the same page linked above.
