TPS3700: Input resistor values

Part Number: TPS3700

I have an application to monitor a 1.2V rail and a 1.15V rail using 2 of the TPS3700. The requirement is that none of the resistors are > 100kohm and therefore will not require conformal coating. For 1.2V, approximate resistor values are as follows: R1 = 40k, R2 = 18k & R3 = 74k. For 1.15V: R1 = 40k, R2 = 18k & R3 = 68k. Output pullup is 10k to 3.3V. Are these values acceptable?

  • Hey John,

While those resistor values seem fine at first glance, I would first need some information on whether you're monitoring undervoltage and overvoltage on both/either device(s). Are you monitoring these and if so, what are the trip points you're looking for on each? (Vmon(UV) and Vmon(OV)

    Thanks, Abhinav
