Why almost LED drivers are current sink?

As the title.

Why use current sink in led drive instead of current source
Is there any obvious disadvantage of current source?

Using current sink allows to use lower voltage level circuit in IC design. In the opposite, using current source requires high voltage close to output voltage, usually 40V , as in Backlight LED drivers.
