LM4970: LM4970 Max input audio

Hello,

I am working with LM4970 and I have connected MIC to it, but the LED intensity is less due to Low MIC output. So i am planning to use AGC audio amplifier, so can anyone tell me what is the max input I can give to LM4970 at audio input?

Also can any one suggest me which kind of amplifier is preferable for interacing MIC with LM4970?

Hi Ajit,

The maximum input voltage is Vdd+0.3V according to the Absolute Maximum Ratings section in the device's datasheet.
You can have a look at the following devices: TPA2015D1, TPA2028D1, and TPA2029D1. All of them are Class-D Audio Amplifiers with AGC.
