Hi Iwata,

this datasheet says 98.2°C/W:

www.ti.com/.../LM4040C25-EP

But I think 130...150°C/W is more realistic. It also heavily depends on your layout!

The data I received is as below:
For the LM4040 DBZ: Theta JC, top = 102.9
For the LM4040 DBZ: Theta JB = 64.3

For the LM4040 DCK: Theta JC, top = 142.9
For the LM4040 DCK: Theta JB = 70.8
