BQ27542-G1: BQ27542: how to reset or disable Flag SOC1?

Hi

My customer use BQ27542 and meet Flag SOC1 issue.

Status:

1. Use HDQ通訊
2. BTP SOC1 Set Threshold is “65535”
3. in discharge process will continue comuniction to by HDQ

The issue is

1. Start to discharge in SOC 15% (RSOC is about500mAh) ，the Flag SOC1 is 0
2. Discharge battert till to the BQ27542 enable protection
3. re charge battery to SOC15% but Flag SOC1 is 1 not reset to 0

so how to reset Flaag SOC1 to 0?
