TPS54332: About maximum output setting

Part Number: TPS54332
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS562201, TPS562208

Hello,

Regarding to maximum output setting voltage on TPS54332, my customer is asking a question.

They design a DC/DC as following conditions .

IN : 4.75 to 5.25V

OUT: 3.8V/1.1A

According to Figure 10 in datasheet(page6), they think that above conditions(output) is a critical.(Risky)

(Question)

(1) Do you have a data of minimum off time(SW frequency)?

I think that if this data is provided .maximum output voltage is estimated by that.

My understanding is correct?

(2) According to WEBENCH with above conditions, it seems that the setting 3.8V output is a critical condition.

(Because, the duty circle error message is output at the setting 4.2V output.)

In this case, duty circle is 74.4%. but I ‘m not sure whether this duty circle is reasonable as limit of maximum output setting on above conditions.

Could you please tell me about duty circle as limit(judgment) of maximum output setting?
