It is difficult question to answer.

Device performance/characteristics have been checked across temperature and different supply voltage conditions. Since regulators have external voltage dividers and hence customers can have many combinations supply voltages for BUCK2/3, Boost regulators. It is not possible for us to verify all the possible customer conditions and customers must evaluate their application conditions to make sure that it works for them. BUCK1 is also verified for different input supply voltages. Datasheet provides some application curves as an example to show it to the customers. If their operating temperature is very high and load current is also high, they have to check the thermal performance on their board to make sure that operating junction temperature does not exceed datasheet specifications.

Is this a generic question or they are seeing some issues with the device under some condition?
