BQ24092: its CHG goes low and after 0.5 Second it goes high and charging at all why?

i have this circuit

but its not going in charging mode . not matter if i connect the battery or not its CHG pin goes low for 0.5 second and then go high . nothing anymore

i try to change preterm to 10K and 1K none of them work

i try iset2 to low and high and again not working

i try to change iset but not working either

what should i do?what should i test?

Hello
Are you using a battery or battery simulator (UG Figure 2) on the output?
Some things to check:
1.) Current into the device, will indicate battery charge current.
2.) Voltage on OUT will indicate if unit is going into battery detect routine, look for square wave.

there is no output voltage or sqaure wave
im using battery

Do you see any current going to the battery? Battery current should be almost the same as battery current what do you see for input current?
