Dears:

Here is an requirement for isolated DC/DC power selection:

1) 2V--6.5V (over 12V is better)

2) output voltage: 48V （adj is better ）. Power supply for 485 and an 48V out.

3) over 50MA

4) En function， low Iq

5) Isolated, Over 3KV Vrms

Any suggestion?

The challenge here is your 2V input. Do you want the circuit to start up at 2V, or it starts up at >3.1V and you just want the circuit to continue the operation when Vin drop down to 2V? If the former is the case, you may need to have a two stage converter, one to boost the voltage up, followed by a flyback. If the later is the case, you can consider the LM5000 in flyback configuration, and use an transformer winding to produce the sustaining VCC to continue operation when Vin drop below 3.1V.

Thanks, is that means there has no product for now to fulfill all the condition in an integrated solution?
