My Customer has question.

There is a circuit for synchronizing "Stand-Alone" and "Master sync in".
The customer wants to use this circuit by shifting the phase by 180 °.
In that case, is it possible to realize by setting the RT terminal of "Master Sync IN" to OPEN?
