I'm looking for LDO supporting -2.5Vin to -1.3Vout/0.4A .

TPS7A33 may be impossible.

Do you have any other LDO solution?

Hi na na,

We do not have any LDO that will work for that output voltage with a -2.5V input votlage. If we are able to lower the input voltage to -3.3V then we would have a solution that would work for this.
