Our customer plans to use TPS53319 in their apps.
They would like to know the safe operating area of TPS53319.
Please refer to the datasheet of TPS53355 on the page 13.
It includes the safe operating area of TPS53355 such as Fig32&33.

Do you have these graph of TPS53319?
Could you please share these graph to us?

Goya-san,

I doubt that we have them. If we did they would be published in the datasheet, SOA is very much dependent on PCB area and design, so the curves are really for demonstration purposes. Your actual SOA may vary. I will check to see if any are available.

I verified that we do not have any SOA data for TPS53319. There are thermal images in the datasheet however.
