TPS61040: Set Vin as GND ，GND as 3V

Set Vin as GND ，GND as 3V，and no L and diode。When power on，it runs a lot of current。I wonder how the current run？

The current path: 3V(GND)--> the body of the internal FET-->inductor--> Vin(GND)

Deleted the inductor，there still run a big current。。。And Im sure the IC is ok before test（test with right VCC GND）

you add the 3V at IC's GND and GND at IC's Vin , right? if you do this way, then the current always exist.

Customer wonder how the current run.Does the MOSfet inside with a diode？

Yes, Mosfet insdie has a parasitic diode. You can check the datasheet of any one of the NFET to found it.
