EV2400: The EV2400 not identified

Hi,

My customer has two EV2400s.

Only one of them is not identified by the PC(Windows 10), off course, the other one is identified.

They bought EV2400s on the legal channels and already install bqstudio.

Though the driver was installed by correct one, the incorrect one is not identified.

What they should do to identify the incorrect one, or is it defective?

    Hi Karamochi,
    Do the 3 lEDlights on the ev2400 light up? Can you try that ev2400 on a windows 7 computer? What firwmare version is on the ev2400? you may want to try updating the firmware on the ev2400 if it isn't v 0.18 by going to the product folder and downloading.
