bq27220: Golden Image creation issues

We’ve been following the attached the guide and get the error in the attached email when the attached zip files were sent, preventing us from getting the calculator report . Additionally the BQstudio seems to be overriding our settings. Can you help us debug what went wrong? I missed filed this, it should be for the BQ27220 fuel gauge not the BQ27542

Hi Perry
Can you attach the files you submitted so i take a look? From the report, i see that the low temp data seems to be the problem but without seeing the files, i am unable to recommend what next to do.

Hi Perry
I saw that file, but i when i looked at the log files, they were so short so i was thinking that it was the wrong file.
Can recollect the low temperature data while logging at 5 sec interval and then retry the tool. If that fails let me send the new files and we will see what we can do.
