In Non-Isolated DC/DC application, the chip is burned up when power up. I have find this in TPS62590 application ,in TPS5432 application . Does this phenomenon relate to the output no-load or the output light load?

These 2 devices (and most that I can think of) are ok with no load.

If there is some specific issue, we need to look at the details of that specific case.
