LP8860-Q1: Choosing Common Mode Choke

Part Number: LP8860-Q1

Hi,

I'm designing an LCD Backlight driver using the LP8860-Q1,

I have 3 strings of LEDs, and the design parameters are:

Vin = 12V

VDD = 5V

Fsw = 400 KHz (internal)

Vout = 21V

Current per string < 100 mA

Fout of the PLL : intend to use 5MHz

I intend to add the necessary EMI filtering components to the circuit. One important component is the common mode choke, as mentioned in the 'snva813' document

my question is : how can we properly choose this choke? do you have any article that explains more clearly this point?

Best Regards,

Oussama
