BQ25121: Inital Power on

At power on the SW output will be 2.5V by Default. However the main controller IC requires a minimum of 2.7V .

Is there any variant which can provide 3V or 3.3V at power on condition .

    Hi,

    The only method to change the SYS voltage is via the I2C after bq25121 power up. In you case, you may want to find another low voltage MCU which can run at 2.5V, after power up, the MCU can change the SW output to what you want.
