This is typically a separate discrete AC/DC or DC/DC circuit that will largely depend on your power needs. The pl455 is only a monitor/secondary protector.

that i know but like bq769400 there is no charging and discharging pin description as well as sensing pin is not available. i am not getting it. Do you have some reference design of complete with  mcu and charging discharging circuit?

Unfortunately, we do not. 

For typical xEV applicaitons, we typically see the MCU drive relay contactors rather than using FETs as is typical for something like a power tool. We typically see gauging/current sensing done discretely as well, due to the size of the pack.
