What is the difference between the TPS659162 (OTP 0x45) and the TPS659163 (OTP 0x4c)?

What should be used in AM571x designs?

Hi Patrick,

The difference is the voltages and power sequence of each output. TPS659162 is defined for AM571x, and has the voltages and sequence required for the AM571x. The user's guide is online here: www.ti.com/.../slvuao4

TPS659163 is defined for AM570x. The AM570x has different voltage and sequence requirements, and therefore we have a different PMIC OTP supporting it. It also has a separate user's guide: www.ti.com/.../slvub99
