My customer can not run the specified BQ40Z50 BQZ file on the latest bqStudio tool(Rev 1.3.54.1).

Pls advice how to proceed.

Which .bqz file are they using? You can attach it here if you like.
If they use bqStudio v1.3.80, does it work?
