    Hi Devidas,
    See the bq76920EVM user guide available from the tool folder. See section 5.6 on writing to the data flash with the tool. For more general description of how to write memory with your own tool, see the bq78350-R1 technical reference manual section 18.

    There must be sufficient voltage on the monitor (bq76920 device) recognized by the bq78350-R1 before it will write.

    There is no general purpose flash memory in the device, it is all dedicated to the purposes stated in the technical reference manual.
