I need to turn off DC-DC when battery is under 9.5V for battery application, but I also need option to keep DC-DC output off using external FET.
Looking at table 8 in the datasheet:
1) For 9.5V: select 68.1K and 9.76K => Does this mean it turns on at 9.5V and turn off at (9.5V - 550mV)?
Or should I select 10V VIN_UVLO threshold to turn off at 9.5V?
2) Also, keeping the resistor divider, I assume I add the N-FET across the pull down resistor to force off.
Select the 10V VIN UVLO, it will turn on at 10V and turn off at 9.5V.
Yes, place your control FET across the lower resistor for on/off control.
