Hello ,

1) we have replaced MP2013A-3.3 with TPS7B6933DBVR ，but TPS7B6933DBVR was always out of stock.

2) So please help find the material to replace TPS7B6933DBVR, The requirement is PIN TO PIN replace.

Hi Roy,

I do not think that there is a pin to pin replacement that is 40V tolerant in SOT23. It does look like there is some material available to be ordered from the TI store though.

Hi Roy,

I don't know why the TI store would be higher, but if you want we can try to switch to another LDO that would fill the requirements. Unfortunately it would not be p2p.
