I have following Specification

Output voltage 30V, Operating frequency is 250kHz, I want bandwidth 30-50kHz.

Can you suggest the best ADC for this applications.

What type of Digital controller are you using?

Doesn't your digital controller have build in ADCs?

UCD3138 series has 3 EADCs that can be used for your application.

I am using FPGA for Digital control of isolated DC-DC Converter for Space Application

I have seen one ADC ADC128S102QML-SP.

Whether its Military Grade Component is available?

I want to check the suitability for Military Grade Applications also
