Hello!

I have a question about the thermal resistance of the following package.
Package is DCY(3pin),KVU(3pin),D(8pin),PK(3pin).

Is there graph or data that looks like a following pdf(page 10,11)?

I was not able to find it.
If it exists, could you please teach to me?

Here is a PCB thermal calculator that will generate similar graphs for many, many parts: http://focus.ti.com/adc/docs/midlevel.tsp?contentId=76735

Generally, we do not have those same graphs in our datasheets, though some of the higher power LDOs (TPS74701) do contain similar graphs.
