Hi, In datasheet page8, the current limit delay time tFASTTRIP(dly)=250ns, I think this is the time it needs to break the circuit when the current becomes higher than the set value.
The question is, there is a MOSFET at the input side of TPS2660, is the time short enough to protect the MOSFET?
There is no spec of the MOSFET that shows how long it can bear the overcurrent.
