Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD9090
Hi,
I'm trying to create a soft off sequence using a GPI pin that will give an indication when to start the soft off sequence.
To do that I did two things (used using Digital Power Designer configuration screen) :
1. Arranged off dependencies on each rail (e.g 1V is off-depended on 1.2V)- means that only when 1.2V will be turned off, then this rail will waits for the turn-off delay time and shut down. Since there is no off sequnce on auto mode, but only on control/operation mode, so I chose operation mode for all rails.
2. Set in "global configuration" tab the relevant "pin selected rail states config" and defined two options. one for all 3 GPIs are de-asserted. In that case- all rails are on mode. And other option is when one of the GPIs is asserted and then I asked it to be on "soft-off" mode.
When I assert the GPI all of the rails turned off immediately, without their off delay time and I can't figur out why. When I de-assert this pin, so it waits for the on-delay time and only then enables the rails.
Any idea what I do wrong?
Please see screenshots and tell me if you can think on something I do wrong.
Another question that is not related to this issue- does anyone knows how much flash memory we have inside the UCD9090? I can't find this information on any datasheet or manual of the chip
Thanks,
Dudi
