Girish,

We do not have any icepack model for TPS53315. There are thermal parameters for the device in the datasheet: www.ti.com/.../tps53315.pdf
They are in section 6.4 on page 6. Additionally you can use the WebTherm modelling tools included in Webench. You can access Webench via the product folder: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

We need it for simulation in ansys tool . Will it possible to generate a icepak model for TPS53315?

Girish,

We do have a thermal modelling team. I can request it, but I am not sure if that format is supported, as I do not recall seeing it before. What is your time frame? It typically takes 2-3 weeks when requesting models. Let me know.

I have requested the model. Standard turn time is 2 weeks (if icepack is even supported). We do have a flowtherm PDML model. Can you use or import that? Let me know.

Girish,

It turns out that a signed Non Disclosure Agreement is required. Without one we can only provide a Compact Thermal Model (CTM). Let me know if that will work for you.
