My customer design as attached.(we charger is 4 series NiMH battery(4.8V))
we measure Vcc = 5.5V, Vts = 1.8V(parallel 10K with R8), i think it should be meet charger condition. but we can't measure Vout. is something we need to notice?

Search DV2000 or DV2004 from TI.com can find the demo board schematic and MOD pin gate drive circuit.
I want to check the switching FET Q3's gate drive circuit and waveform. If the gate drive circuit or waveform has any issue, we may not get output voltage.
PVD is a termination method. Yes. Please check Vbat; Vts or any possible reason to hold charger off.
