Please tell me the correct scheme for the TPS3422.
I need an electronic button that will turn off the minus battery 12V 3A. Turning on and off with tactical switch, one short click is on, once again a short click is turned off.

TPS3422 requires the user to push the button for 7.5 seconds, then the output goes after for 400ms before automatically returning to the inactive state. If you want a circuit that keeps the output in the current state until the button is pressed again, you will need to use a different approach. We have created a circuit that replicates this functionality using TPS3831 a nano-power supervisor with the manual reset feature in combination with a latch device.
