Hello,

We are designing one home appliance product which is in the design phase right now. For power management of the product, we have selected "TPS53318" chipset based on our requirement.

As a part of the requirement, we need the "Delphi (Thermal) model" of the chipset to perform the accurate thermal simulation of the product.

Please provide us asap. Let me know if any additional information is required here.

We do not currently have that model. I will request it from our modeling team. Typically turn around time is 2 weeks. I'll let you know when it is completed.

Hi John,

Also check if DTM(Detailed Thermal Model) is available for the chipset or not? We are intrested in DTM model aslo if available.

What we typically publish are the thermal parameters contained in the datasheet in section 7.4. Anything other than that is a special request.

It turns out that a signed Non Disclosure Agreement is required. Without one we can only provide a Compact Thermal Model (CTM). Let me know if that will work for you.

This is an MCM device. The thermal modeling is a little more complex than I expected. We should have the model completed next week.

It’s not possible to generate Delphi model for 3 dice device at this moment. You can use the detailed model with NDA. DO you have an active NDA with TI? Please let me know.
