LM3644: DSBGA package Problem

Dear TI,

I am doing now an Eagle layout with LM3644 IC which is only in DSBGA12 package available. I have no idea how

to connect 2 pads which are in middle (STROBE and HWEN).

Could you please give me some tips or possibilities?

Hi,

You can place a small via at the center of the pads and route the traces on a different layer. You would have to fill the via to ensure good device mounting. The via can be as wide as the pad.
