LDO with active low

Hey!

I'm currently searching for the LDO with an active low enable. I've found TPS78833, but I need a higher input voltage. The TI search doesn't unfortunately show the enable level and to find a chip I have to go through all the datasheets, so I decided to ask here, are there any other LDOs for Vin >= 14V with more or less same other characteristics like TPS78833?

Hi Daria,

Unfortunately it is not common to have an active low enable or shutdown circuit. The closest device that I am aware of is TPS769; however, this will not fulfill your Vin requirement. Are you able to use an inverter on the enable signal?

In case there is no such chip, then seems like I will have to use an inverter. However, I would prefer to use as less chips as possible in the design.
