Hi 

want to use three UCC28070 cascaded to form 6-leg interleaved PFC, is there any verified circuit to get 120 degree shifted clock?

    Hello shusun qu,

    We do not have a reference design that shows how to generate a 120 degrees, 6 phase interleaved version of the UCC28070.

    I suggest you post this query on one of the digital forums and ask for expert advice on how to generate the master clock signals.

    Hi John,

    design a 6 phase interleaved PFC by three UCC28070 cascaded, the target output is 10kW, how to use the spreadsheet to calculate the parameters? can I just use 3.3kW as calculation input to get voltage loop compensation parameters and RIMO, and copy the current compensation parameters to all three current loop?

    Hi Shusun,

    You are correct. Use 3.3kW in the calculator tool as the power requirement. This will give you the correct compensation component values and the correct RIMO for the maximum power setting.
