CEDVStatus () appears at sluubd3c.pdf in the following two places.

p.59 9.1.2

p.62 9.1.7

However, searching STD SBS, Extend SBS, Manufacturer Access, DF does not hit.

Therefore, I guessed from the flag bits VDQ, DSG.

CEDVStatus() == 0x0056 GaugingStatus

Is this wrong?

If it is wrong, please tell me the correct information.

GaugingStatus() is the proper register in the bq78350-R1.

yes, I understand that GaugingStatus () is a 78350-r1 register.
My unknown point is a parameter that appeared in the explanation of technical-note (sluubd3c).
It's 'CEDVStatus ()' which appears in 9.1.2 and 9.1.7.
Unlike other registers and DF values, this information can not be found.

What is this? same GaugingStatus()? If not, I would like to know the following information.
* SBS Command ? or DF value?
* Address?
* Purpose?
* Default value?
* Which page of sluubd3c is listed?

Hi Peter,
CEDVStatus() is an incorrect name for GaugingStatus() which was used in 2 places as you found. CEDVStatus() does not exist in the gauge and should not exist in the document.
