We have used TPS54561DPRR in our new design & testing the power supply is in progress

When we have connected the external load(1.25 ohm rheostat) by removing R117, observed the voltage drops on 5V net

Current drawn on 5V net= ~4A

Voltage dropped to=3.13V

Hi,

Have you try to do startup test for the TPS device individually with external load?

Thanks for reply
We have resolved the HDMI issue, it was due to the ground missing in one point.All other sections of PCB verified for ground issue & it looks good.We have faced problem in the switcher, when we have connected the external load.Please see the corrected problem statement .
