TPS74801: Current on Vbias in low load situation

Hi,

the datasheet states that Ibias will be between 1 and 2 mA.

Do I assume correctly, that this is independent of the load current?

So this LDO always consumes at least 1..2mA unless I disable it?

I need an LDO to generate 1.2V out of 1.8V. In low power mode I have a load current of about 100nA and in full power mode up to 150mA. Any suggestions?
