BQ24070 not able to charge battery.
Setup as input 5V, in High Mode, able to get 4.4V at OUT (Pin 15 ~17) but battery not able to charge.
By measure BAT (Pin 5 ~6), It shows 0.9V ( with 10K ohm in TS). [if remove TS 10K, it's 0V]
Vref (Pin1) shows 3.3V.
PG shows 0V.
Manually set Iset2 (Pin 7) open circuit (floating) or connect to ground, no differences at all (can not charge battery).
Without input 5V [By turn off power supply], able to get 3.7V at OUT (Pin 15 ~17). [It's discharged from battery pack]
Setting as per below:
Iset1 with 732 ohm.
DDPM 60.4K ohm with 10nF
TMR 37.4K ohm
TS 10K ohm
Battery: 2 pcs 2500mAH Cylindrical Cell in parallel, totally 5000mAH
