Hi Ti expert,
I used TPS53319 for DCDC 12V to 5V application.
The test result about the Ripple test item is shown below.
When DCM mode, ripple voltage is 130mV, it’s over spec.
Does the behavior of the DCM ripple in the waveform below is correct?
When DCM ripple fail, I try to change different value of ripple injection and test result is shown below,
You can see the special behavior that many time pulse in one ripple wave period though result is pass ,
Does the behavior of the pulse is normal of this IC ?
Could you help to explain this issue?
