BQ78350-R1: BQ78350 Communication issue

Hi,
In BQ 78350, Broadcasting bit is enabled and its broadcasting ChargingCurrent() and ChargingVoltage() to LTC every 10 second once.
There is a 1 second time gap of in between those two parameters in broadcasting.
Here the problem is, in case in SMbus If any other MASTER device is requested any parameter (Example: Temperature) to BQ - in between the 1 second time gap of broadcasting ChargingCurrent() and ChargingVoltage(), then second parameter ChargingVoltage()is not broadcasted by BQ chip.
Only the first parameter ChargingCurrent() is broadcasted.

So why it is not broadcasting second parameter and how to solve this issue?

Hi Samy,
The timeline is fixed, if it is in host mode and gives it the time for a read by the host the second transmission will be lost, it will resume on the next interval.

Hi WM5295,

As you mentioned timeline is fixed & we did not find in the datasheet or technical reference manual. Please let us know the details of fixed time line.

Hi CK,
It is the Charger Request Timer interval, it won't stretch to accommodate the read. The time between the 2 transmissions is not specified nor if there is a location which would allow the second transmission.
