LMR33630: Method of defining electrical characteristics

Part Number: LMR33630

Dear Specialists,

My customer is considering LMR33630 and has a question about method of defining electrical specifications.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

---

There are two description about limit value.

-1- 7.5 Electrical Characteristics

Limits apply over the recommended operating junction temperature (TJ) range of –40°C to +125°C, unless otherwise stated.
Minimum and maximum limits are specified through test, design or statistical correlation. Typical values represent the most
likely parametric norm at TJ = 25°C, and are provided for reference purposes only. Unless otherwise stated, the following
conditions apply: VIN = VEN = 12 V.

-2- Note(1) of 7.5

(1) MIN and MAX limits are 100% production tested at 25ºC. Limits over the operating temperature range verified through correlation using
Statistical Quality Control (SQC) methods. Limits are used to calculate Average Outgoing Quality Level (AOQL).

Which one is higher priority -1- and -2-.

-3- VOLTAGE REFERENCE (FB PIN) Accuracy

According to the 7.5 Electrical Characteristics, limit of Voltage Reference is 0.985 and 1.015 V.

Can I consider that this value is the specification of the entire temperature range(-40 ~ +125 deg)?

I appreciate your great help.

Best regards,

Shinichi
