Customer wants to calculate the accuracy in light load mode.

At PFM mode: The minimum value is 1.205V. the maximum value is 1.219V.

・Could you tell me why "PFM vref min max" is not mentioned in the data sheet

Good question. This is test value, not design value. This value take around 2.2 sigma tolerance. If accounting for 6 sigma tolarance, then should be 1.185-1.235, which is very big. datasheet doesn't mention this value because this value is really big.
