TPS2388: Sifos test error : many items can'y be tested

Hi,

After TPS2388 doing Sifos test, the report has many items can't be tested and show error.

Please check the report below:

    Hi Chentsu,

    Can you ask your customer to make sure the sifos test setup is correct? The items not measured may be related to the setup. And got other failures, can you ask them about the configuration of DC disconnect(0x13), PoE Plus bit(0x40) and ICUT (0x1E and 0x1F)? These may impact the failures they are having now. I recommend them taking a look at the MSP430 reference code for basic applications which is a good reference for basic device configurations and operations: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware. Thanks!
