May I know TPS61029 support "Vin=2V~3.4V or 5V to Vout=3.3V" ?

yes. this device supports output 3.3V at VIN higher than VOUT.

May I know Why TPS61029 could do buck mode ,I saw below red mark is for boost function

if this part can do buck-boost application ,what's the advantage of TPS63 series? price or efficiency ?

Hi Kai,

Here is an app note, from the product page, which discusses down mode in detail: www.ti.com/.../slva199.pdf It is very inefficient.

A TPS63xxx buck-boost IC is likely the best fit for your Vin and Vout range. How much current do you need?
